Thrive Exchange Topping Out Ceremony

DL3 Realty, in collaboration with development partners, celebrated the last beam placement atop of the new Thrive Exchange South development in South Shore, Chicago. This $35 million investment provides 43 much needed mixed-used, multi-family housing units and ground floor retail at the intersection of South Shore and South Chicago. This celebration honored the hard work and dedication from not only the development team, but important community stakeholders.
