My name is Alexa Young
My professional journey spans across real estate, media, grounds and maintenance, service and hospitality, and both nonprofit and for-profit sectors. These varied experiences shape how I approach problem-solving, collaboration, and leadership. My experiences have given me grounded, community-focused perspectives and the ability to connect insights across disciplines creating solutions that work in the real world.
In my current role as Creative Marketing Coordinator at DL3 Realty, I'm grateful to contribute to one of the nation's most impactful pioneers in Venture Development. In this role, I support mission-driven development through: Media and content creation, event planning and community engagement, effective stakeholder communication, and analytical measurement of impact and success.
