Welcome to my portfolio! My name is Cheyenne Smith, and I have always had a passion for creativity.
Raised in rural Eastern Oregon, I was surrounded by inspiring landscapes and even more inspiring people. The small business owners and ranchers I looked up to were grounded in resourcefulness, curiosity and innovation. Their merit has inspired my professional journey, and a constant hunger to learn more. It wasn't until college that I realized how my innate desire to create aligned with business, strategy and leadership.

Merging creativity with structure is where I thrive. Whether the focus is creative strategy or project management, my goal remains the same: design solutions that are innovative, intentional and can create real impact.
EDUCATION
I am a proud Gonzaga University graduate, class of 2023. During my time at Gonzaga, I pursued a Business Administration degree, with concentrations in Human Resource Management and Entrepreneurship. This was an incredible experience of exploration and growth, both personally and professionally. Go zags!
WORK EXPERIENCE
Combining my passion for meaningful, community-driven change, creativity and entrepreneurship, I am fortunate to learn and grow with the DL3 Realty team.
DL3 is a Venture Development firm dedicated to making impact in emerging communities within Chicago's most overlooked neighborhoods through high-impact commercial real estate projects. DL3 is rising as one of the nation's most impactful pioneers in Venture Development, and as Creative Marketing Coordinator, I am given the opportunity to learn from our incredible leadership team and help create a legacy of sustainable growth throughout the greater Chicago area.​
