PORTFOLIO
While my work naturally blends Project Management and Creative Strategy, I’ve chosen to separate them to better reflect the depth of each project style. My Project Management experience spans golf tournaments, construction groundbreakings, and even a wine tasting putt-putt fundraiser. My Creative Strategy work is rooted in print and design, but my true passion lies in brand design and implementation, creating meaningful impact stemmed from creativity.
A Little About My Process
Whether I am starting to plan for a construction topping-out ceremony, or responding to an advertising brief, my process revolves around the same core principles: a blend of research, creativity and strategy. I approach every project with the goal of crafting a distinct, insight-driven process that delivers meaningful results.
Every worthwhile idea begins with understanding who it's for. When a project is first being conceptualized, I first start by diving into the audience. Who are we speaking to? What do they value? What motivates them? How do we best engage them? Keeping the audience at the center of the process ensures that every decision has a grounded purpose.
No Audience=No Direction
I.
The next step is my favorite. Here, I challenge myself to look beyond the obvious, and ask: How can we approach this differently? What angle hasn’t been considered? Where are the hidden connections that others might overlook?
This is where my ideas gain personality, and ultimately, purpose. I credit my outside-the-box thinking from my diverse interests, lived experiences, and a constant hunger to keep learning. I want my ideas to be more than creative; I want them to be meaningfully original in a way that drives results.

Once I establish the creative strategy that will guide the project, I then shift into one of my favorite parts of project management - building the framework. This includes developing key project documents such as the Project Plan, Project Charter, Scope, Project Schedule and a Risk Register. These documents ground the project in reality, with clear milestones, defined responsibilities and a roadmap for delivery.

With strategy and structure in place, the project is ready for implementation. This stage is critical. As the project manager, I ensure cross-functional collaboration, keeping all teams moving toward the same shared vision. I actively anticipate challenges, preparing alternatives throughout the projects lifecycle. This is a space that I thrive in - the intersection of collaboration and innovative problem solving.
And finally, reflection. Did we achieve what we set out to do? Did our strategy translate into real impact? What do the data and KPIs tell us, and what story do they not tell? I identify what worked, what could be improved, and what I can take forward to become a stronger strategist, collaborator, and project leader.
